Ordering
- How can I pay?

We accept payment by Credit Card or PayPal.
We can accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB.
- I can't find what I'm looking for

If you can't find what you want, please let us know and we'll try and find it for you.
- You haven't got enough/the right colour/what I want

We're adding more stock all the time. Let us know what you need and we'll do our best to find it for you.
- Why may a product vary slightly from its photo?

Although we take every care to photograph our products, some difference may occur due to the screen and type of computer you are using to view the website. If in any doubt at all, please contact us before purchasing.
- What happens once I place an order?

Once your order has been placed we will package up your items as soon as humanly possible and pop it straight in the post. You will receive emails at all stages of the process to keep you informed.
Postage and Delivery
- How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated in your cart before you checkout. This allows you to see what you will pay before continuing. You can choose between first and second class postage.
- How will my items be sent?

All of our parcels are delivered by standard Royal Mail using either 1st or 2nd class depending on what you choose at the checkout and the overall weight of your parcel.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most items are sent next day, so depending on your postage choice, you should get them within 3-4 days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you still haven't received your order by then, please contact us.
- My items haven't arrived, where are they?

If you've already allowed up to 7 days for delivery, please contact us and we'll chase it up for you.
- Do you delivery internationally?

Sorry, we currently only deliver to the UK. If there is enough demand from international customers, we may start to post to other countries. If you're interested in getting your parcels delivered internationally, please let us know.
Returns
- How can I return an item(s)?

Yes, of course. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us first so we know we'll be receiving it.
- Who pays the postage?

If you have changed your mind about the items, you are responsible for returning the item to us. We won't charge a re-stocking fee if the item is in the same condition in which it was sent.

If we've made a mistake then we will cover the cost of sending you another item free of charge. Please return the item to us.
